IIEF-5 Score (International Index of Erectile Function) The questionnaire known as the IIEF-5 Score (International Index of Erectile Function) can provide an initial indication of whether erectile dysfunction is present. It contains questions that enable an assessment of the extent of erectile dysfunction and classify it into different levels of severity.
