Questionnaire on urination

The questionnaire called IIEF-5 score (International Index of Erectile Function) can provide initial clues as to whether erectile dysfunction is present. It contains questions that enable an assessment of the extent of erectile dysfunction and classify it into different levels of severity.

 

The IIEF-5 score includes five questions about different aspects of sexual function. For each question there are several answers, from which you should choose the one that best applies to you.
